Solitudes is part of the series Women: Absences and Presences , an intimate exploration of the feminine everyday, where tenderness and sensuality coexist in silence. In this work, the artist uses paper and graphite as direct and sensitive materials, incorporating impastos that evoke lace, skin, soft textures, and subtly suggested details.
Through a subtle aesthetic, the work invites us to pause at minimal gestures: solitude as a refuge, as a presence charged with meaning. The material treatment enhances the symbolic, making the invisible visible: what remains, what is felt, what is silent.
